Everything starts at the coals. Lamb marinated overnight, chicken charred at the edges, breads pulled straight from the tandoor.
We grew up on the desi pubs of the Black Country and the late night plates of the Jewellery Quarter. Legends takes what those places do best, the fire, the generosity, the noise, and gives it a room worth sitting in.
The Jewellery Quarter is open now, with a charcoal grill, a tandoor and a smokehouse running side by side. West Bromwich follows, and we will announce the date here first.
Come for the mixed grill. Stay because nobody wants to leave.
